In the first week of the new academic year, we are organizing our Open Air Summer Bar event in

collaboration with similar student organizations: AFC, AFD, AFT, Greenhill Capital, Capitant,

Emergent and BLASE. This event is designed to be a casual and engaging way for students to

meet and connect with different student associations in a relaxed, open-bar setting.

Each organization will have its own booth, offering students the chance to learn about the

mission, values, and activities of each group. They can chat with team members, ask questions,

and explore opportunities for involvement throughout the year. For instance, our association will

introduce students to key events like our Bootcamp, which takes place in the second semester.

To enhance the summer bar atmosphere, a DJ will be present throughout the event, providing

upbeat music and creating a lively, social environment. This helps ensure a fun and laid-back

setting where students can interact freely.

Our goal is to create an accessible and informal space where students can get to know us and

the other associations, while also expanding our reach to a larger audience through this

collaboration. By joining forces with multiple student organizations, we increase the visibility of

our events and position ourselves more prominently on campus.

As this is the first event of the year, it sets the stage for students to engage with future

activities, making it a vital opportunity for us to showcase what we offer.
