Our Story
BLASE was born out of our own experiences and those of our fellow students. Having an interest in management, we researched existing programmes that focused on management and leadership, but surprisingly, nothing came up. We were not the only ones with an interest in management training programmes, from talking with other students we noticed that out of over 20 skills, leadership was the number one skill they wanted to improve. So we started working on the idea and concept to make our own student association with a management and leadership focus a reality. In March 2020, it all happened and BLASE was founded.
We are a group of students who are eager to get some practical experience before we complete our theoretical education. We chose for collaborations with businesses and managers on the one hand and business schools on the other hand to provide students with both a practical and theoretical base that will help them move forward in their later career.
Our main goal is to stimulate students to discover more about what good management and leadership can be. Of course we are not only a student association but also a group of friends, who do this not only for the experience but also for fun. We hope that if you join us in our adventure you will see these two aspects reflected in your journey.
